Investor Helpers, a Detroit Area Real Estate Investing Company, Hosts Business Credit Seminar

United States of America (Press Release) December 9, 2008 -- Addressing a packed room of new Real Estate Investors, Business & Financial Services Coach S. Gabriel Shumba discussed the proper ways to go about obtaining Business Lines of Credit from Lending Institutions. From proper legal structure, to filling out the application, Investors were taught the importance of doing business the "right way" when obtaining business credit. Shumba was the main speaker at the December meeting of the 10 part series "Business Fundamentals 101 for the Metro Detroit Real Estate Investor", organized by Investor Helpers, LLC, a Real Estate Investment Consulting firm located in Plymouth, Michigan. Specializing in Real Estate Investing in the Metro Detroit area, they have become one of the most sought after group of experts for what their clients call a "Local One Stop Shop" approach to the Detroit Real Estate Investing Business. Offering real estate training seminars and real estate investing workshops on a regular basis, they also have field consultants to mentor newer investors to help them navigate through the process of real estate investing with confidence.

"As Business owners, it is vital that Real Estate Investors understand how to raise capital for their daily operations. I've spent numerous years in the financial services industry, consulting many of America's Fortune 200 companies, & there is little difference in how these investors should structure and run their business. After all, even the big businesses started out as small businesses," Mr. Shumba said.

Darian Moore, managing partner of Investor Helpers, said "our goal is to provide knowledge & resources to the Detroit Real Estate Investing Community. By assembling a team of local experts to support new investors, we're helping them avoid the many potential pitfalls that come along with this business."

Chicken Little Doesn’t Sell Houses

Is the sky really falling for Detroit Real Estate Investing? Of course not! In a "down" market, there's even more opportunity. The enterprising Real Estate Investor will figure it out and continue to be successful..... In fact, this continues to be one of the best times in American History to acquire property (especially in the Metro Detroit Area)..... I hope you enjoy the following article.

Great Investing,
Darian

RISMEDIA, Dec. 9, 2008-”One day, Chicken Little was walking in the woods when-KERPLUNK-an acorn fell on her head. ‘Oh my goodness!’ said Chicken Little. ‘The sky is falling!” Thus begins a timeless tale that seems more relevant each time I read another “authoritative” article positing that the recovery in real estate is years away...... Fannie, Freddie Suspend Foreclosures Over Holidays

I'm sure this is welcome news to many struggling homeowners.... This is good to see, especially during the Holiday Season.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac recently announced that they are suspending foreclosures from Nov. 26 through Jan. 9 in order to work on its loan modification plan. The following are the full texts of the releases from the companies.

Who Needs A Bailout

How about a "Bail Out" (or Bridge Loan) for all of the Investors who bought property from 2002-2005 & are now upside down Big Time.... But, seriously now, this is a pretty interesting chart of how many people are impacted by the auto business, according to state.

http://www.freep.com/article/20081202/BUSINESS01/81126099

For the "native" Detroiters, it's been a tough ride for a few years now.... We've seen family & friends lose the income that they've relied on for 20-30+ years. Whatever happens (Gov't loan or not), we hope the Big 3 get back on track sooner rather than later.
